Achieved a 35% drop in call response time by unifying multiple customer channels into a single customer lifecycle & relationship management system through in strategic research and user testing.

Led the design of AI agents that automate complex clinical billing workflows, drafting communications, tracking attorney and patient responses, and prioritizing cases while keeping humans in the loop.

I began my digital design career as a UI/UX intern during my university studies, where I first applied human-centered principles to digital products. Since then, I have worked across fintech, banking, healthcare, and education, designing both mobile and web applications that solve real user problems.

Before transitioning to product design, I worked shortly as a mechanical engineer where I used AutoCAD to create precise 2D maps and technical drawings for mechanical parts and assemblies.
